Challenge
A regional waterproofing products distributor in Niteroi, referred to here as Iβ RJ, sells to construction contractors and waterproofing applicators across the state of Rio de Janeiro. Beyond distribution, they also rent PU injection equipment to customers, which means every PU injection resin they supply must work flawlessly with their equipment fleet.
They needed one source for hydrophobic PU foam grout, hydrophilic gel grout, single-component PU coating, two-component PU coating, and polyurea spray without juggling five overseas suppliers, five sets of FISPQ documentation, and five shipping schedules.
Approach
We assembled a five-product technical package with Portuguese-language FISPQ documentation compliant with ABNT NBR 14725, product samples calibrated to their existing PU injection machine specifications, and one technical contact covering the full portfolio. The first shipment cleared customs within the customer's planning window.
